We hope all our customers are delighted with our products. Your satisfaction is important to us. All our jewelry may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from when it was shipped. All merchandise to return or exchange must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. You will only have to pay for return shipping. Please follow below steps:
- Please send a picture of product to info@lacapriceofficial.com and include a reason for return or exchange
- Once the the return or exchange authorization is confirmed, please send out the merchandise via your local post and inform us about the tracking number
Non-Refundable Items
- Engraved jewelry items may not be returned
- Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping fees of purchase are non-refundable
All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
